I am grateful to receive the 2026 Leadership Synergy Award from NMSU College of Engineering. This award recognizes leadership that reflects a unique combination of interpersonal, intrapersonal, and professional skills—bringing vision, strong communication, collaboration, and entrepreneurship together to inspire others to share in a common direction.
This honor reflects the collective efforts of my students, collaborators, and campus partners as we advance interdisciplinary research and education in AI-enabled energy systems and resilient power infrastructure.
